When you are using Trippus module for Mailings you need to set up a mailing and then you have to create a Mailing structure.
The mailing is created under Mailing in the left menu if you are logged in to admin for an event.
The Mailing structure used to be set up under Participant categories but from November 25 you’ll find the function under Mailings.
From November 25 there will be new links to participant reports at the Home-page in your event admin when you click on the bookings icon to the right of a participant category and at the icon for total confirmed bookings at the top right at the Home-page.
Function for Import of participants and link for Add participant (as admin) will move into Settings for a Participant category.
When you are logged in to admin, at the Home-page for your event, you click on the icon for Settings to the right of a Participant category. In the menu to the right you’ll find the two functions!
From the coming release November 25 you can both create and delete Participant categories directly from Home in admin for your event!
